Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item reaches us safely. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a product that doesn't fit or would like to exchange it for a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the item you would like to exchange.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
Similar to returns, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us for the exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind. The cost of return shipping for exchanges will be your responsibility.
Once we receive the exchanged item and verify its condition, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible. Please note that any price difference between the exchanged items will be either refunded or charged accordingly.
